Hi, I’m Abigaille Palileo, but you can call me Abby. I’m a certified and licensed artist with over 4 years of experience, and feminine fine line tattoos are at the heart of my work. I love creating delicate, meaningful pieces that feel personal to the woman wearing them.

I own a private studio in Hagerstown, created as a safe, welcoming space for women. Here, you can ask questions, share your ideas, and settle into a little princess treatment. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and cared for throughout your visit.

Alongside tattoos, I offer permanent makeup for brows and lips, adding those soft finishing touches to your everyday beauty.
